An andriod that caters for the aging population in Japan. This is a problem that the world is facing today. Many countries are working with haptics, robotics and various fields to try and ease this problem with technology.
This robot is able to understand a human using gestures and touch, i.e. human behaviour. It is able to remember a person’s behaviour which is useful. In effect, it creates 3D maps of each body to to do. That’s certainly a lot of data to remember! There must be better ways to communicate with robots. Would sms work?
